Happy Monday! I’m here with Holly sharing my goals for December. Last week was a busy one and I just didn’t get to my Friday Favorites. I am glad to be back today. I had the best weekend with some of my college roommates. I’ll share more later this week, so be sure to check back. I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

Let’s check in on my November goals first.
Goal 1 – Lights out by 10:30 pm. I did it and it felt great. I didn’t get everything done every day, but I woke up ready to go the each morning.
Goal 2 – Exercise every day. I did exercise every day and I felt great doing it. I walked, lifted weights, did yoga, and walked some more.
Goal 3 – Follow my evening routines. I did this most days. I didn’t do the white strips, but there’s always next month.
Goal 4 – Meal plan on Wednesdays and get groceries on Thursday. I didn’t do so well with this. I did meal plan and get groceries each week, but I did it on Sundays and Mondays.
Overall, I’d say I did a good job of doing things to make a busy time go smoothly.

This month my goals are focused on taking care of myself to enjoy all the holiday fun. There are a few repeats from November, but I need to keep them as priorities.
1. Lights out by 10:30 pm.
There will be a few exceptions, but 10:30 is my plan for most nights.
2. Exercise every day.
Movement always makes me feel better and burns off my stress. I am going to get my exercising done in the morning before school and add in some walks with Jeff and friends.
3. Do crest white strips before December 15th.
We have holiday events and pictures coming up and I want to be ready.
4. Wrap presents at least once every 8 days.
I tend to do one big wrapping day after December 20th and it is a long day/night. I am hoping to avoid that this year and wrap everything I have on the 11th, 15th or 17th, and again in the 20s.
5. Meal plan on Wednesdays and pickup groceries on Thursdays. Don’t forget to plan lunch!
6. Embrace the fun! I have late weeknight events this month and I am going to focus on the fun, not the tired mornings.
I can sleep over winter break, right? It will be just fine!
7. Finish the year strong with my 23 minutes outside each day.
I’ve missed 14 days so far and I’m planning to get outside all 31 days in December.
There we have it. Those seven goals should set me up for a December full of fun and feeling good. What are you focusing on in December? Of course, I am planning to read as many Christmas books as possible, too. Don’t forget to link up below if you blogged today. Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

Great job on your goals! Maybe Wed is too early to plan for the next week and you can adjust to Th? I’ve tried every which way! Now that I am shopping in person at Aldi on Saturdays I am planning on Fridays usually. Then, during the week usually I also do a Kroger pick up (would like this to be every other week) for the things we just can’t do without at Kroger and can’t find at Alid.
I’m going to try and adopt your philosophy, “Focus on the fun — not the tired mornings.” Thank you for sharing that today.
“Focus On The Fun”- YES! Love your goals!
I find I tend to slack off the most with meal planning this time of year… partly from all the “extras” going on and partly because by this point in the year I’m just wishing from a break from it all. LOL Good luck with your goals!
I sometimes procrastinate on wrapping presents but the past couple of years I’ve tried to wrap on the weekends to stay on top of it. Maybe I can wrap a few tomorrow night since I didn’t do so this past weekend.
