Happy Friday! I am so excited that it’s Friday, even though we had a great week! Let’s get to the favorites!

Favorite 1: JACK AND LUKE!! I had conferences with their teachers this week and it was so lovely! I am so proud of how hard they are working and how respectful they are being! Their report cards came home this week, too, and they showed that Jack and Luke are working hard and doing well!

Favorite 2: GIRLFRIENDS!! I went to the beach last weekend with some girlfriends and it was WON-DER-FUL!! We had a pretty low key weekend, but it was exactly what I needed. I came back refreshed and ready to take on the week.

Favorite 3: SWIMMING! I shared my day in the life of a swim team mom this week and I’ll be back to it on Saturday and Sunday. We just got word that parents can come in to watch their kids swim so I’m looking forward to seeing the boys swim in person for the first time in a while!

Favorite 4: JAMIE!! Jamie and I did our Fall5 this weekend. We did a 5k walk on the beach. I love doing these with Jamie. I think we’ve done at least 15 virtual runs together.

Favorite 5: CHRISTMAS BOOKS! I finished my first Christmas book of the year and I loved it. I read The Holiday Swap by Maggie Knox. It was everything I hoped a Christmas book would be!

Favorite 6: HALLMARK!! I cannot let another week go by without mentioning the Hallmark channel. I love it so much, especially when the Christmas movies are on. Jeff pretends he doesn’t love it as much as I do, but I think he does!

Favorite 7: TURKEYS!! I realized that this is our last full week to rock my turkeys so I am wearing as many turkey or Thanksgiving items as I can! The jewelry is Cora’s Den, of course! Favorite 8: SUNSHINE!! The sunshine was so great yesterday!! I spent some time outside with the kids smashing our pumpkins for the deer and it was lovely! I also caught the sunset one day this week. 😍

Monthly Musings – Holiday Preview

The boys have swim meets this weekend and I am hoping to see my friend Jamie there. I think we’ll visit with my parents one day this weekend. I’d like to get a pretty good hold on Christmas lists so I can be ready to shop some Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Are you a Black Friday or Cyber Monday shopper??
