Happy Monday! I’m starting the week with Holly and all of you! I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

After three weeks of quieter weeknights and weekends, we are back my friends! I have eight great things to share with you.

1-Friday night last minute plans came together like magic. Jamie had a few special dresses to try on, so Kerry suggested a fashion show. Jamie said how about 7 pm, Kerry said yes, Sarah said yes, and I said yes. A few short hours later, we were together for a fun fashion show and some good girlfriend time. Best of all, Jamie picked out a great dress. I love when that happens!
2-Luke had an early soccer game on Saturday so Jack decided to sleep in and stay home. Jeff and I went for a great walk while the team warmed up. My dad came to the game and we cheered Luke’s team on to thier first win of the weekend.

3-Jack went to the golf course on Saturday afternoon. He played really well and had quite a character for his playing partner. Apparently the guy is a fine golfer, but he was not having his best round. And he was not very happy about it. Jack’s retelling of the antics had us all laughing so hard!

4-Luke’s team played again on Saturday afternoon and Jeff’s parents joined Luke’s cheering squad. They won again, securing their spot in the championship on Sunday afternoon.

5-While I was walking the track before Luke’s Sunday morning game, I finished listening Colin Jost’s book. I think Colin is so funny on SNL and loved his book, too. I’m hoping to share my March book review tomorrow, so be sure to check back.

6-We had a pool board meeting at our house on Sunday afternoon. I made three of my favorite appetizers – corn dip, dill dip, and faux-made salsa. There were only 8 of us, so were lots of yummy leftovers! We had veggies and dill dip all afternoon and with dinner.
7-Luke’s team won the championship! They have played in three tournaments this year and made it to the finals all three times. This is their second tournament win!

8-March Madness has taken over our house. As I am typing this Sunday night, I can hear the guys downstairs celebrating Maryland’s 1 point win over Colorado State. There are so many games on all afternoon and evening and it is so fun!
This is the last week of the month which means it should be a busy one here on the blog – Reading Lately, What’s Up Wednesday/Hodgepodge, Monthly Musings, and Friday Favorites. I am hoping to get them all written but we’ll see how the week goes. I hope you had eight great things happen in your weekend! I am hoping to run a few days this week and get back to some strength training, too. If you blogged today, don’t forget to link up with us below! Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

Love when a plan comes together! We are all so busy that it rarely happens. Have a good week!
We’re loving March Madness too. Our hometown team (Clemson) went down fast but our favorite team (the Vols) is still in it which is exciting. Congrats to your son and their big win! Have a nice week!

Good job to the kids with the sports.

Looks like a great weekend. I bet Luke was excited to be back out on the soccer field. The #2 pic – he looks so big. We’re all in to the March Madness too. I hope you all have a great week.
