Happy Friday! I am so excited for today’s favorites. Let’s get right to it!

Favorite 1: SUNSHINE AND BOOKS! I cannot believe this is my 1000th post! I’ve had so much fun blogging over the past SIX years! I have made great internet friends and learned so much! I love sharing our life, books I love, and other fun things! My first post was on October 21, 2017. Thank you for reading, commenting, and sharing!

Favorite 2: DSG LINE! Luke and I have been loving the Dick’s Sporting Goods line lately. I got the cutest skorts and he found these shorts that he loves! I am still loving their high waisted running shorts for exercise and running around town!

Favorite 3: WATER POLO!! Jack is playing water polo this year for the first time and it’s so fun to watch! He’s playing well and having a great time!

Favorite 4: POOL!! Even though our pool is closed for the season, we enjoyed it last weekend! Saturday was our annual crab feast and we had a great time. I didn’t take any pictures, but a friend took this one.

We went back on Sunday to look for a few things and some of our favorite lifeguards were there cleaning up. Luke was excited to see them one more time before next summer.

Favorite 5: JEFF’S PARENTS!! Jeff had covid this week, but he’s out of Q today. Hooray!! He takes Jack to schools very day. I cannot get him there and report to my school on time. So, Jack has been at Jeff’s parents all week. They have been incredible! They’re getting him to and from school, practices, and games. They’re making sure he has great meals and gets everything done for school. Karen, Jeff’s mom, is doing laundry for Jack too. I am always grateful for them, but this week especially!

Favorite 6 – JIMMY BUFFETT!! I absolutely love Jimmy Buffett’s music. I’ve listened to Bubbles Up, Like My Dog, and My Gummie Just Kicked In more times than I can count. I have been listening to his last few concerts on Radio Margaritaville lately. While they make me so sad, they also remind me of Jimmy’s joy and remind me to keep the party going.

Favorite 7: MY PARENTS! Last weekend we celebrated my dad’s birthday! We always get pictures on birthdays to commemorate the fun!

We have a very low key weekend and I am thrilled. Sunday is supposed to be a rainy day and we are going to lean into it and relax. Hopefully I’ll get to read a bunch, too!

We’ve made it to the end of my 1000th post. It was a regular Friday post and I am ok with it. I love sharing joy and the things that bring me joy. Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!
