Happy Monday! I’m here with Holly sharing some fun from our weekend. I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

Friday was a great day! We hung out at the pool for a bit after swim practice, came home to rest for a bit, and went right back to the pool for the pep rally. It was warm but not too hot, perfect for the pool!

Jack cut the grass in between swim and the pep rally. It has been a total game changer for him to cut the grass this year. Jeff isn’t stressed about getting it done in the evening or on the weekend and Jack enjoys making a little money.
On Saturday, we had our final dual meet of the season. Our team lost but the boys swam really well. They won most of their events and had a blast cheering on their teammates.

My parents came to cheer on the boys. It was great to catch up with them and chat a little swimming, too.

I love my swim mom friends! I missed pictures with some moms, but I’ll be sure to get them next week!

I’ve had a stuffy nose off and on for a few days and it wasn’t going away. I took a *C* test and it was negative so I went about my day.
On Saturday afternoon, I went to my friend Julie’s daughter’s 1st birthday party. She is so sweet and I had a great time catching up with the girls.

Sunday didn’t go as planned at all. I woke up with my eyes matted shut and felt way worse. I made an urgent care appointment and ended up with a sinus infection and double pink eye diagnosis. So, I stayed home all day while Jeff and the boys went to celebrate my mother-in-law’s and sister-in-law’s birthdays.
I did finish another book while I was home. Same Time Next Summer by Annabel Monaghan was so cute! I absolutely loved it! It was a fun light read and I knew how it would end, but the story was worth the read.

I am hoping to wake up feeling super because the eye drops and antibiotics have kicked in, but we’ll see. I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for a great week! Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

Looks like an awesome weekend of swim! Jack is getting so tall! Sorry you are under the weather- hope the meds clear it all up quickly!
That book is on my library request list! I hope it comes in before summer is technically over because I am a seasonal reader!
Fun swim meet and a skort can even keep you cooler I think!
Oh no! Pink eye is no fun at all; I hope you are feeling much better real soon. It looks like you had a wonderful weekend up until that point.
Hayden’s been cutting our grass this summer and it’s been so nice having him do that chore. I’m so sorry you are sick! I hope you are better soon. Hadley had pink eye last week.
Fantastic weekend with lots of swimming. Joining your link-up for the first time, many thanks!
