Happy Monday! I’m here with Holly today. I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

I’m still working on those April goals I shared last week. I’m doing a pretty good job with the morning exercising, meal planning, and grocery pickups. I’m still working on the vacations and blogging ahead. Case in point today – I was planning on sharing our weekend but I didn’t take many pictures. Here I am on Sunday night, looking like this and hoping for the best.

I’m also linking up with the Not Just A Mom girls today. The Not Just a Mom topic is what’s for lunch. I didn’t take any pictures of my lunch, but I did plan them last week and this week. Here is my list of usual lunch choices:
- Ham and cheese sandwich or roll up
- Chicken salad
- Leftovers – taco meat/salad, chicken, burgers, steak, shrimp, etc.
- Fridge grab – sometimes I grab all the containers in the fridge and make a lunch out of it – veggies, fruit, small leftovers, deli meat, cheese, etc.
- Out – my class schedule allows for me to get lunch out a few days a week. I typically do it once a week. Lunch is my favorite meal to eat out and my least favorite to pack so I take advantage of my schedule this year.
It’s not very exciting, but that’s what my lunches typically are. I really do not love packing lunch but I know that it is way healthier and more cost efficient to pack lunch. I used to eat the same thing for lunch every single day for months at a time. In the past 5-10 years, I got bored of that and started changing my lunch up every day.
My friend Brandy always has the best lunches. She makes an amazing sandwich with good pickles and bread and I alway sit in awe of her lunch, especially when I have a fridge grab day. I can’t wait to see what others have for lunch each day.
I am also looking forward to see what the Hello Monday linkups look like. I love seeing what people did on the weekend or fun Monday things. Have a great Monday full of sunshine and books!

We do “fridge grab” lunches all the time! Towards the end of the week when there’s no telling what’s left in the fridge haha
You slay meal planning girl- give yourself a break! 🙂
I love the “fridge grab” That is my go to lunches if I am not having a salad normally
My favourite meals are the ones that use up stuff in the fridge!
The not just a mom link up sounds fun!
You should totally join us! The link up is on the second Monday of the month and next month we’re looking at go to gift ideas.
Even staying at home I often have a fridge grab day; someone has to make sure all those leftovers get eaten! LOL.
I’m with you & don’t love packing a lunch. Fridge grab happens once a week too. Also, I love having leftovers from the night before…but it depends on what it is. I prefer eating lighter lunches. Thanks for linking up! I know you are super busy
I used to plan and be creative with lunches…now I think I could be happy with the exact same thing. At least, five days out of seven for lunch! So much easier on my brain – lol!
