Happy Friday! Can you believe it? Three posts in one week. I can hardly believe it myself, but here I am. I have a big bunch of favorites for you, so let’s get to it!
Favorite 1: EASTER!! I didn’t get our regular family photo, but I did get a selfie on Saturday night before church. We spent Easter weekend with my sister, brother-in-law, niece, mom, and dad. It was so great to all be in the same city for a few days.
Favorite 2: BEACH!! I love time on the beach. I love it when it’s chilly and windy or sunny and hot. Of course, sunny and hot is my favorite and I got some beach time this weekend. Luke and I spent a few hours on the beach on Easter afternoon. It was so good for my brain and my heart!
Favorite 3: BOOKS!! I am still powering through Mona’s Eyes for my school book club. It was not a favorite and many people have given it a DNF. I am determined to finish it but it might take me some time. I paused to read a three other books. I read two by Kristy Woodson Harvey and I am in the middle of Meg Mitchell Moore’s new book. I’m loving it for summer!
Favorite 4: CLOTHES!! I bought this sweater and these pants a long time ago but the weather hasn’t been right to wear it. Yesterday was the day and I was so happy with my purchases. I will definitely wear this outfit a few more times this spring!

Favorite 5: GOLF!! This is a big week for golf! I watched the Masters coverage yesterday afternoon. I got to watch my favorite golfer on Wednesday afternoon. He played really well and the team got another win!
Favorite 6: TULIPS!! I am loving my orange tulips on the back deck. My mom ordered them from Holland and they make me so happy when I look outside! My mom has a TON of tulips in her yard and they are a few days behind mine. I can’t wait to see hers in full bloom!
Favorite 7: SUNSHINE! I was loving the weather in Charleston – warm and sunny!!
Our weather has been a little chilly, but I am loving the sunshine. It makes it feel a little warmer. The only time I wasn’t loving the sunshine was yesterday afternoon. I had an eye doctor appointment and my doctor dilated my eyes. This was quite a look driving home. Ha!!
Favorite 8: USS YORKTOWN & CHARLESTON!! Luke and I had a great day on Monday at the USS Yorktown museum. It was a really cool experience. We took the Captain’s Tour and it was totally worth it. The tour is 90 minutes and it was led by a former Navy pilot. He was so knowlegable and personable.
We had a great time walking around the Battery area and the Market in downtown Charleston!
Favorite 9: CALENDAR! I have a page-a-day calendar with quotes from well spoken women. I loved this quote from Jane Fonda when I got back to school this week.
Favorite 10: FIDGET! I put these in Luke’s Easter basket after Jen recommended them. They were a hit! He has been fidgeting with them since he got them. They are pretty cool to move around in your hand!
Favorite 11: GLASSES! I have been a Goodr fan for a while, but this new to me style is an instant favorite! The Pop G style is great and I just might order a tortoise shell pair.
I am looking forward this weekend. We don’t have anything that we really have to do. I started a list last night of things I’d like to do, but all of it can wait if I don’t get to it. That is a good feeling. The weather looks fabulous so I am hoping to take advantage of that! Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!

What lovely photos of your family over Easter and how great to spend some time at the beach. That sweater is so cute, I love the colour. That does sound like a great trip to the museum.
