Happy Monday! I’m starting the week with Holly and all of you! I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

The last two weeks have been unlike any two weeks I have ever had. I was prepared for some busy times with the book fair at school and our school-wide book club, but everything went quite sideways. our school board surprise announced some major cuts and shifts in positions for over one hundred people (including the media team) next year, my partner at work got the norovirus, we added an additional parent shopping night at book fair, and I had to write a week’s worth of sub plans. I have missed you guys and blogging, but something had to take a backseat.
Luke is a having a procedure today and we’ll be spending the night at the hospital tonight. I spent the weekend running around doing all the things to be ready for this week, so this is all I have for you today. If you are prayerful or a positive thinker, please send some good thoughts out for Luke today. I’m hoping that he feels great and I’ll be back to blogging most days this week. Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

OH my goodness; you have had a lot on your plate! Wishing Luke the very best with his procedure today.
Prayers for Luke!
Oh, Sarah. I will say a prayer. That is crazy to cut media specialists! How about cut someone at the district level that makes 200,000 and does nothing?
Ugh. Thinking of you.
Oh boy, you’ve had quite a week. I’m so sorry to hear about the changes/cuts to education. Sending you good vibes and wishing Luke a speedy recovery. Take care of yourselves.
Praying everything works out; I know how stressful it all can be!
Oh mercy. This is a lot on your plate and I am glad you are taking a break and taking care of yourself. Praying for Luke right now.
Prayed for Luke!
It sounds like you have had so many things going on all at once! Prayers for Luke thta his procedure goes well and all is good!
Sending you all of the prayers, love and strength- please keep us posted on Luke XO
Sending prayers for Luke!
I hope Luke is recovering well. I’m sorry to hear about the cuts/changes for next year. That is hard. Why do important things like libraries and kids’ education not get funded well???
