Happy Friday! This was quite a week! There were a few late nights, an early morning, and long days in between. I do have a few favorites for you though!

Favorite 1: MAGGIE! I got to spend the day with my neice on Tuesday. My sister and her husband were attending a funeral at Arlington National Cemetary and thought it would be best for Maggie to stay home. I was thrilled! We played with jewelry, Little People, and blocks. We repotted my flowers and Maggie played with our neighbors the whole rest of the day. It was so fun to have a 3 year old around here!

Favorite 2: ANNIE & ZACH! It was great to see Annie and Zach some this weekend. I didn’t get to visit with them as much as I would’ve liked. This was the busiest weekend and week of the year so far, so I did the best that we could. I also forgot to take a single picture together. Darn!
Favorite 3: SUNSHINE! Oh my goodness, the sun has been shining! It has been so nice to have a few days in a row that aren’t complete rain washouts.
Favorite 4: PEONIES! I grabbed a bunch of peonies at Trader Joe’s last weekend. They keep getting more beautiful each day!

Favorite 5: READING! We had two fabulous librarians from the public library visit our school yesterday. They shared so many great books with our students. They also told the kids about the summer reading program and a bunch of fun events happening at our library this summer. Public libraries really are doing so many great things for our communitites!

Hello Monday

We have a fun weekend ahead of us. Luke has a soccer tournament. Jack’s hoping to play some golf. We have a team party. And THE POOL OPENS!! I am ready to relax in a lounge chair for a few hours to recharge for our last 13 days of school! Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!

Lots of fun favorites! I hope you have a fabulous weekend.
Awww I bet you had a blast with Maggie- she is so sweet! Hope you sneak in some relaxation this weekend!
Maggie is really rockin’ the bracelets. Adorable!
Aww! Maggie sounds like so much fun, she’s adorable.
Send some of that sunshine this way, we’ve had almost a week of rain.
Fun with aunt Sarah. Yay!
My TJ still doesn’t have peonies yet. Can’t wait until they do.
The peonies are beautiful! Your niece is darling and I love her name. I have a Maggie too, she’s quite a few years more than 3 but still so sweet . Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!
