Happy Friday! I had big plans to blog a few times this week and it just didn’t happen. The week wasn’t particularly busy, but it was a five day week for all four of us and time got away from me. I have a bunch of favorites for you today, so let’s get to it!

Favorite 1: ECLIPSE!! Oh my goodness, I was so excited for the eclipse this week. I read that we would be anywhere between 93% and 88% totality and I was ready. I got Luke out of school a few minutes early so he could watch it because he was excited, too! I know the next total solar eclipse will be in about 20 years, but I may travel to see totality then. I love stuff like this. Jack and Jeff were on the golf course for Jack’s match. He did well and the team won!

Favorite 2: ECLIPSE MEMES!! There were so many funny ones out there. I didn’t screenshot all of them, but these really made me laugh.

Favorite 3: GOLF! I got to go watch Jack play in his match on Tuesday. My dad and Jeff’s dad came, too. We had fun watching him play. Jack played well and the team won again!

Favorite 4: SUNSHINE AND BOOKS!! Tuesday was an early dismissal, teacher work from home afternoon for the end of the fourth quarter. I busted my butt in school on Monday and Tuesday so I could devote Tuesday afternoon to reading books for next year’s Battle of the Books selection. It was glorious, but I didn’t take a single photo. Oops!

Favorite 5: ROLLER COASTERS! The kids and I went to Hershy Park on Saturday. We rode a bunch of roller coasters and had the best time! Jack was with his buddies the whole time and Luke and I went around with his buddies.

Favorite 6: WRESTLING! I bet you never thought you’d see that on my blog favorites. When we got home from Hershey Park on Saturday night, Wrestlemania was on. All four of us watched it for a while on Saturday and then we watched again on Sunday night. While I don’t watch it every week, I think wrestling is so fun. It was cool to see The Rock, John Cena, and The Undertaker in the ring all together. My dad and I used to watch wrestling when I was in high school and it’s cool to watch it with my kids now.

Favorite 6: SPRING CLOTHES!! I wasn’t planning on buying any new spring clothes this year, but I couldn’t resist. When I saw these dresses on Hanna Andersson and they were on sale and I had a coupon code, they hopped in my cart and landed on my front porch. They are the ultimate spring and summer dress – lightweight, comfy, and breezy. I can wear them to school with a cardigan and everywhere this summer. They are cut pretty generously and I sized down two sizes. I also got this cute skort from the Lilly sale.

Favorite 7: BRACELETS!! It is no secret that I love fun jewelry. My friend Amy decided that these bracelets weren’t for her and gave them to me. I was ecstatic because I’ve been looking for something lightweight and colorful to wear on my watch hand. These match pretty much everything I wear, too. When Amy went through her jewlery, it inspired me to go through my bracelets. I did a quick look through yesterday at 6:40 am, which made for a rushed morning, but I found these. I forgot I had them and I love them both (Thanks Jamie!)

Hello Monday

The class I am taking ends on Sunday at midnight so hopefully next week I’ll have a little more time in the evenings to write a few blog posts. Luke has a soccer and lacrosse game this weekend. Jeff and I are going out to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The Masters coverage will be on our tv all weekend. Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!
