Happy Wednesday! After reading Jennifer’s Bloganuary posts last year, I was hoping to participate this year. Bloganuary is a WordPress challenge with a blog prompt every day in January. Well, here we are 24 days in and this is my first post. Oh well, better late than never. I’ll do a few today and maybe a few more before the month ends.

What do you complain about the most?

• Being cold! There is nothing I hate more than being cold.
• Ineffiecient people and processes! As an enneagram 3, inefficiency makes me absolutely bonkers! I pack my day with things that I could do and when someone or something slows me down, you’ll hear about it.
• Packing lunches! It is my least favorite chore around the house and everyone knows it! The boys have been packing their lunches more this year and I love it!

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I think about this way more than I should, considering the fact that I rarely play the lottery. I wouldn’t sell our house, but I would pay it off. I would probably quit my job at the end of the school year, but I would volunteer at my school and the boys’ schools after that. I would travel, travel, travel. There are so many places in the world that I want to see and my lottery winnings would take me there. Off the top of my head, my top destinations are Iceland, an African safari, the UK, Turks and Caicos, and back to Aruba. I definitely would not stop there, but they would be my first few trips.

What snack would you eat right now?

• Chocolate chip cookie dough or brownie batter – I know there are raw eggs in them, but those eggs haven’t gotten me yet. I actually love a spoonful of the dough or batter more than the baked goods.
• Ripe strawberries – Strawberries are my favorite fruit and ripe strawberries from Plant City, Florida are the absolute best. It is almost time for Plant City strawberries in our grocery stores and I cannot wait!
• Step up to the bar mix – It is my favorite snack mix. I stock up every November/December when Trader Joe’s puts it out. I never get enough to make it all year, but I enjoy the snack as long as it lasts.

What is your favorite animal?

I am not sure that I have a die hard favorite animal, but I do love sharks and whales. Honestly, I really like all sea animals. I am not really a pet person. We’ve had fish and I like them, but I don’t feel like I need to have any pets. I also enjoy watching the deer and fox go back and forth across our backyard on our camera.
