Happy Monday! I’m here with Holly sharing some fun from our weekend. I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

I had a great weekend! It started a little early and I didn’t get to a Friday Favorites post, oops! I was at the beach with some girlfriends this weekend and had a great time. This trip was just what I needed. We went for a walk every day. The door was always open a little bit to hear the waves crashing.

I was so grateful to wake up to this view Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We did a good bit of hurkle-durkling looking at that beach! I don’t even know if this is real, but I do know that I am real good at it!

The park we walked in on Friday was getting set up for their Christmas lights display. Some of the lights were already on and there were fun places to take photos.

We walked over to the restaurant at the end of the block a few times for lunch, happy hour, and back again for dinner. It was great!

We decided to do a T-shirt grab bag for Friday evening. Everyone brought a shirt and we randomly pulled them out of the bag. I love the shirt I got!

Saturday was just what I needed. We went for a walk, put my toes in the sand, did a little school work, talked, laughed, had a little wine and yummy snacks, and enjoyed that girlfriend time from sun up to midnight!

After we got in the ocean last year because the weather was so beautiful, I decided I was getting in this year. It was much colder but felt so good! Jamie wanted to join me. We didn’t stay in very long, but I did a few dunks and dove into a wave. I got out of the ocean feeling refreshed and calm. I’m so glad I did it!

We packed up Sunday morning and headed home. I came home well rested and ready for a great Sunday. I did some work for the class I am taking, hung out with Jeff and the kids, went for a walk, and got in bed nice and early.
