Happy Monday! I’m here with Holly sharing some fun from our weekend. I hope you’ll link up with us for Hello Monday!

My week was pretty boring – hello quarantine – but the kids and Jeff had a good weekend. I’ve been feeling good! I spent a ton of time on our deck and front porch. I finished one book, read two, and started another book. I took a bunch of walks around our neighborhood solo. I did a bunch of word searches. I learned how to do embroidery from a little kit I bought last winter. I watched some Netflix, too. I caught up on Emily in Paris and Workin’ Moms.

The boys had time trials on Saturday morning. This is the first summer swim meet I’ve missed, but I felt like I was there. I had friends from both teams sending me pictures and videos of the boys swimming and hanging out. They swam well and I am excited to cheer them on next Saturday morning.

We laid low on Saturday afternoon and evening. The weather was lovely with a cool breeze so I spent the day on the deck and front porch again. The kids played outside for most of the day. Jeff got to watch the US Open and relax.

On Sunday, I was officially out of quarantine so we took our show on the road. We had breakfast with my parents and spent the morning with them. Then we came home for a bit and headed to Jeff’s parents for dinner. I played it safe and spent the majority of the time outside. It was nice to see everyone.

I’ve got an early morning grocery pickup scheduled for today. I’m going to exercise and spend the rest of the day at the pool! I’m back! Summer Sarah is ready to be poolside every afternoon for a good long while!
