Happy Tuesday! It is two book post Tuesday and I am so excited! I’m sharing the books I’ve been reading in the past two months on my Show Us Your Books post and three new books out today on this post.

I am pretty excited about today’s books. I don’t know if you know this about me, but I tried out for College Jeopardy when I was in college. I made it past the first round of tryouts, but that was it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jeopardy. We used to watch it every evening together before kids and now we watch it with the kids sometimes. I was so sad to hear of Alex Trebek’s passing this weekend. The timing of one of the books couldn’t be more appropriate. I also have two kids books that will be immediate favorites!

Answers in the Form of Questions: A Definitive History and Insider’s Guide to JEOPARDY! by Claire McNear

Jeopardy! is a lot of things: record-setting game show, beloved family tradition, and proving ground for many of North America’s best and brightest. Nearly four decades into its current edition, Jeopardy! now finds itself facing unprecedented change.
This is the chronicle of how the show became a cross-generational touchstone and where it’s going next. ANSWERS IN THE FORM OF QUESTIONS dives deep behind the scenes, with longtime host Alex Trebek talking about his life and legacy and the show’s producers and writers explaining how they put together the nightly game. Readers will travel to bar trivia showdowns with the show’s biggest winners and training sessions with trivia whizzes prepping for their shot onstage. And they’ll discover new tales of the show’s most notable moments-like the time the Clue Crew almost slid off a glacier-and learn how celebrity cameos and Saturday Night Live spoofs built a television mainstay.
ANSWERS IN THE FORM OF QUESTIONS looks to the past — and the future — to explain what Jeopardy! really is: a tradition unlike any other.
The Bad Guys in The One!? by Aaron Blabey

They may look like Bad Guys, but these wannabe heroes are doing good deeds… whether you like it or not!
Seriously, WHAT is going on with Snake?! Terrible powers have been revealed! Evil allies have materialized! Inter-dimensional doors have opened! Shady-looking cloaks have been purchased! What is his deal?!
And that’s not all! Why does Agent Fox suddenly have a whole lot more backstory than we’d counted on?! Dang it! We need answers! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!
Wolf and the gang are back. And things are worse than ever. Or badder than ever… if you think that sounds cooler and don’t have a problem with bad grammar.
BAD GUYS #12 WILL MELT YOUR BRAIN…
The Ickabog by J.K. Rowling

Once upon a time there was a tiny kingdom called Cornucopia, as rich in happiness as it was in gold, and famous for its food. From the delicate cream cheeses of Kurdsburg to the Hopes-of-Heaven pastries of Chouxville, each was so delicious that people wept with joy as they ate them.
But even in this happy kingdom, a monster lurks. Legend tells of a fearsome creature living far to the north in the Marshlands… the Ickabog. Some say it breathes fire, spits poison, and roars through the mist as it carries off wayward sheep and children alike. Some say it’s just a myth…
And when that myth takes on a life of its own, casting a shadow over the kingdom, two children – best friends Bert and Daisy – embark on a great adventure to untangle the truth and find out where the real monster lies, bringing hope and happiness to Cornucopia once more.
