Happy Friday! Wow! This has been quite a week! I am so happy that today is Friday and our weekend has some open space to get caught up. I have a few favorites to share with you, so let’s get to it!
Favorite 1: FRIDAY!! Well, the fact that it is finally Friday is my first favorite. We only missed a few days of school, but the catch up has been rough! The kids have been busy doing makeup work, studying, and taking tests. I am taking a one credit class that has been a bonkers amount of work and have been playing catch up this week. No one has had a minute to sit down and relax and we are all thrilled it’s Friday!
Favorite 2: MY VALENTINE! We spent Valentine’s Day traveling. I snapped a quick picture in the Nashville airport. I love traveling and every day with Jeff!
Favorite 3: SNEAKERS!! With less than a month to March 17, I broke out my St. Patrick’s Day sneakers. They are so comfy and festive!
Favorite 4: BOOKS! I’ve had a great reading month! I love reading on an airplane and with four flights last week, I got some great reading in!
Favorite 5: TRAVEL!! We had a great weekend in Florida for Jack’s golf tournament! I was planning on sharing it this week, but time got away from me. Come on back Monday for more. We had fun in Destin, enjoyed the resort, and met some great people!
I am looking forward to Saturday and Sunday! We don’t have much that we have to do on Saturday, but I have a big list of things to get done. I am hoping to work ahead on my class to make for an easier week next week. Sunday is a little busier and I am going to an afternoon concert. I am so excited for the show! Next week should be a busy week here on Sunshine & Books. I have posts planned for every day if everything goes according to plans. Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!
