Tuesday Talk – 9/26/23

Happy Tuesday! I am excited to partner with Basic Invite for today’s post. Last year, we had family pictures done in June for my mom’s birthday and I loved our summer faces on our Christmas card. I knew that I wanted to have summer faces on our cards again this year.

When Basic Invite reached out, I was excited to take a look around the website. There are a ton of options for invitations, stationary, note cards, and holiday cards. I checked out the Christmas cards first. Each card is fully customizable. There are almost unlimited color options. Once you select your design, you can pick from over 180 colors for each part of the card. There were a few cards that caught my eye:

After putting our picture in, I decided that these two were the winners.

Our picture is at our pool and both sayings matched how we feel there!

After I picked those two, and before I decided to share with you, I ordered a sample of each card. I was very pleasantly surprised how fast they arrived and what amazing quality they are!! It was great to see the actual product before I order dozens to send to family and friends. I’m having a hard time deciding which design will be the winner for the Parsons because they are both so great!

One of my least favorite parts of sending so many Christmas cards is the addressing and sealing of the envelopes. Basic Invite customizations don’t stop at the card. They have over 40 different envelope colors. The envelopes are all peel and stick and you can have the addresses printed AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!! That is a game changer for me!

It is unlike me to be this ahead of the game, but if you would like to join me and get your cards ordered, check out these Christmas cards on sale. If you are looking for cards including your pets, check out pet holiday cards. Right now Basic Invite is offering 15% off with coupon code: 15FF51

Be sure to find Basic Invite on all of their socials: Facebook Pinterest Instagram Twitter

Have fun creating your cards! Be sure to set aside a little time because there are so many great options! Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

*Thank you Basic Invite for sponsoring this post and thank you for reading Sunshine & Books!*

I just ordered the supplies to start making my Christmas cards this week too; a bit earlier for me than usual but I don’t want to feel rushed.
