Happy Friday! This was a great week! We had two days of school, one teacher work day that I could work from home, and then two more days of school before the weekend. I like a work week like that! I have some favorites to share so let’s get to it.

Favorite 1: SNOWBOARDING! The boys got snowboarding lessons for Christmas and we went on Wednesday for their first lesson. They had a blast and did so well!

I was thinking that the lodge would be just like a Hallmark movie and I could enjoy some hot chocolate and read my book while I watched them snowboard. It wasn’t quite like that, but I did have a great few hours at this counter watching my boys have a blast!

Favorite 2: GIRLS!! My girlfriends and I did a secret Santa exchange. We planned to do it in December but schedules just didn’t match up. We finally got together last night and we had a great time!

How fabulous is this new pouch? It has my name on it!! I love it!!

Kourtni gave us each a valentine present at our girls’ dinner. How cute is this mug? I can’t wait to try these relax patches!

Favorite 3: MORNINGS! I am a morning person through and through. On our work from home day, I got up a little earlier so I would have a good chunk of time to get some things done before anyone else got up. I loved walking into our family room with the candles glowing.

A little later that morning, I took the boys to the gym to burn off some energy playing basketball with their friends. I got caught working hard on the floor in the court.

Favorite 4: EARRINGS! It has been super cold here and these two earrings were perfect for the weather! They’re Cora’s Den, of course!

Favorite 5: TRIVET! I have been waiting for my Trader Joe’s to get these bright felt trivets. They finally had them last week and I got a couple. I love how they match my placemats and my dishes. I have a fall one and some Christmas ones, but these are perfect for everyday.

Favorite 6: JACK!! Jack and I went to Luke’s basketball practice this week and we had a great time together.

I also got to spend some time with Jack last weekend on the way to and from his swim meet. He did a great job!

Favorite 7: LUKE!! Luke and I had a bunch of time together over the past two weeks. We walked a ton. We did a puzzle and we played a lot of battleship and sea battle. He’s so fun to play games with!

We also decorated our masks during his quarantine time. He went to the doctor on Wednesday and got a spectacular bill of health after his covid infection. Hooray!

Hello Monday
What’s Up Wednesday
Monthly Musings
We have a pretty low key weekend. The boys have basketball on Saturday and we don’t have anything on Sunday. I’ll probably clean out another closet/bin/drawer and hopefully get some good reading in. Have a great weekend full of sunshine and books!

Okay I have no idea why I thought you lived in Florida, but if the kids are doing snowboarding lessons and you’re getting all this snow lately, clearly you don’t!!! What state are you in guys in??
We’re in Maryland. It’s been so cold lately that Florida sounds amazing right about now! 😎☀️
Love your girls’ night- sounds like a blast and love seeing pics of your beautiful, happy boys! That is awesome that they ski! They do it all! Have a great weekend friend 🙂

Snowboarding really looks like fun. Not sure this body could handle it but it sure looks like fun! Definitely more at the “lodge stage” of life:) Love that trivet. It might be a good excuse to drop into TJ’s tomorrow!
What a beautiful sweater dress! Your secret Santa dinner sounds so fun.
