Happy Monday! Happy February!

January felt like it had 50 days, but I have a feeling February is going to fly by. The kids are off school today for a teacher work day today and President’s Day in two weeks.
On Friday afternoon, Luke and I dashed into the grocery store to get some gluten free Oreos. The store was crowded and crazy! Then, we came home to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. Luckily it was a quick and easy fix and our amazing neighbor replaced a gasket for us.

On Saturday I took Jack to baseball practice and went to hang out with my parents for a while. Jeff took Luke to soccer and swim. Once everyone got home, I popped over to our local bookstore to pick up a blind date book. I haven’t opened it yet, but I’ll let you know when I do.

It started snowing around 8 am on Sunday and hasn’t stopped yet. The weather apps and forecasters keep saying we could see blizzard conditions sometime on Monday. Jack had an early basketball game. The kids played in the snow a few times and are very excited for all the snow tomorrow. We are in the 6-12 inches range, so we’ll see how it all goes tomorrow.

We’ll see what the weather brings today! Have a great day full of sunshine and books!

Feel the same way about January! Too funny- that book looks great- keep us posted 🙂
In some ways, I can’t believe it’s February already but some days in January did seem to drag on! I love the blind date book. We got some snow this morning…but not 6-12 inches! If you all have snow days, will it just be online learning ?
Stay warm…that’s a lot of snow! Yes, January seemed so long! Thanks for linking up with Hello Monday! Tanya – The Other Side of the Road
I love that blind date book idea! I’ve never heard of/seen that before. Hopefully, it’s something you enjoy!
We’re in the 6-17″ range…. but that is quite a weird range so we’ll see! Meanwhile I am loving snuggling up with a good book.
