Happy Tuesday! I am excited about today’s post!

I have two great adult books and there are a bunch of great books for kids! In other great reading news, I am plowing through the Mure series by Jenny Colgan. A few years ago I read the first one and loved it. It is called The Cafe by The Sea in America and The Summer Seaside Kitchen in the UK. Next I read The Endless Beach (loved it). I am about 3/4 of the way through Christmas on the Island (loving it) and I am going to read Christmas at the Island Hotel next (can’t wait!). This series of Jenny’s books are like beach reads but set in colder, cozier places and are perfect for this time of year!

Love Your Life by Sophie Kinsella

Call Ava romantic, but she thinks love should be found in the real world, not on apps that filter men by height, job, or astrological sign. She believes in feelings, not algorithms. So after a recent breakup and dating app debacle, she decides to put love on hold and escapes to a remote writers’ retreat in coastal Italy. He also sets off a series of events, both touching and inspiring, which change his life and the lives of his daughter and many others. Could these events all be just coincidences? Or something else? And can you really go home again?

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Deep End by Jeff Kinney
