Hello Monday – 9/14/20

Happy Monday! This Monday sure came pretty quickly after Friday ended! We had a great weekend and I can’t wait to share it with you. I’m linking up with Tanya and the girls. The Hello Monday group has switched to a very cute fall image, but I’m just not quite ready because it’s still summer!! (I bet you knew I was going to say that.)

We celebrated a great first week with yummy Rita’s!
This sums up my kids perfectly – Jack ate his on a comfy swing while Luke at his Rita’s on the roof.
Then he moved to the top of the monkey bars which are only about an inch or inch and a half wide while his brother did the monkey bars.
I decided to try some pattern matching. I’m not one to wear more than one pattern at a time and I’m not the best at matching, but I think I did a pretty good job on this one.
On Saturday morning, we watched Luke’s soccer team play a really great game. They tied but our boys played so well!
Big kick Noodle!

On Saturday evening, Jack’s new baseball team had a team get together. We went for a little bit but I forgot to take any pictures there. It was nice to meet the new parents while staying outside and keeping a little distance.

It was another chilly night, perfect for shorts and a quarter zip. I am loving my tie dye monogram from Cora’s Den
Jack had a double header on Sunday afternoon with his new team. He got to pitch and did an awesome job!
He played first base and left field, two positions that he hasn’t really gotten to play before and loved it!
He hit well, too!
And this one just made me giggle! It’s always good to start or end your day with a laugh.

We have a full week of activities and virtual school. I am hoping that each day gets smoother and smoother. Be sure to come on back tomorrow for Tuesday Book Release Day! I’ll hopefully be sharing my monthly goals this week, too! I hope you have a great week full of sunshine and books!

Oh my the Van Gogh made me laugh out loud! You go girl, with sticking to the summer graphic. If I weren’t so sick of our Texas heat, I’d still be using it too. Grabbing the pumpkin graphic is just wishful thinking for us southern gals! Have a great week!
