1. Lake or beach?
Beach all the way! I am most definitely a beach girl! Always and forever!

2. Iced tea or lemonade?
Iced tea AND lemonade! I like them by themselves and together. An Arnold Palmer (iced tea & lemonade) can be so refreshing and a John Daly (iced tea, lemonade, & vodka) is also very refreshing!

3. Favorite summer vacation memory?
I have no idea how to narrow it down to just one! We have had so much fun on our vacations! We’ve been to the mountains and the beach. We’ve been fishing and paddle boarding. We’ve stayed in resorts and big family houses. We’ve visited golf courses, stadium, and museums. We’ve vacationed with friends, family, and just the 4 of us. We love summer trips!

4. Favorite summer destination?
The beach! I love all the beaches! We love the Carolinas’ beaches. We love Maryland and Delaware beaches, too. We love Florida beaches. We haven’t found a beach we don’t like!!

5. Go to summer fashion item?
Bathing suits, flip flops, rompers, shorts, and tank tops are all I wear in the summer.

6. Have you ever been water skiing or jet skiing?
I have never been water skiing but I have been jet skiing a bunch. I love it!! I really want to go water skiing sometime, though.

7. Favorite summer movie?
I’m not a big movie watcher but I do love Endless Summer and Grease! I know that neither one officially happens in summer, but they both have some summer ties.

8. Song that makes you think of summer?
Jimmy Buffett’s songs and 90’s country makes me feel like summer every single time. If the sun is shining and a Tim McGraw or Garth Brooks song comes on, I instantly want to go sit on my deck with a book and a Bud Light. ☀️ 🎶 🍺

9. Best 4th of July story?
We have a bunch of fun memories from 4th of July parties growing up but I’m not sure what my favorite is. We’ve been at the beach for the 4th quite a few times and that is always fun, too.

10. Are your fireworks on the 3rd, the 4th, or another night?
The fireworks here are officially on the 4th, but in our neighborhood fireworks start the weekend before the 4th and go for about a week. We usually can see some great displays from the boys’ bedrooms throughout the week.
