We made it!! School is over for the kids and I just have a few work days left, but for the most part we are in summer mode! I’m linking up with the girls to share my favorites from the week.

Favorite 1: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! We celebrated the last day of school this year like we usually do – at the pool. In the evening we added a little extra to celebrate our future middle schooler. Jack played golf with his grandfathers and Jeff. Our moms, Luke, and I met them for dinner afterwards. They were calling for rain but it turned out to be a beautiful night!

Favorite 2: THE POOL!! The pool opened this week and it has been wonderful. We are open with reduced capacity, but it still feels so good to be back to our pool!

Favorite 3: JEFF!! We celebrated our 14th anniversary this week. Jeff made key lime crushes – my favorite – and we had a yummy shrimp dinner date on the deck.

Favorite 4: PEDICURE!! Our governor opened nail salons at 50% capacity and I decided to get a pedicure. It was so clean and felt so good!! I’m not sure that I’ll get my nails done anytime soon, but a pedicure felt ok.

Favorite 5: DRESS!! I jumped on the bandwagon for this cute Walmart dress. It is VERY flowy and so super comfy!! I picked it up in black and coral/orange. I think it will be perfect to throw on for a hot summer day.

Favorite 6: BOOKS!! It was a big book release day on Tuesday!! So many great books were published and I can’t wait to read them!! I also finished my first Summer Beach Book – Hello, Summer and I loved it!!

Favorite 7: RUNNING!! I have been loving running outside in all this sunshine. It’s getting hot and humid out there and I really enjoy it!
