Happy Monday!! It’s the first day of April already! I am so ready for the warm sunshine, warmer rain, and all the outside spring sports!

Our weekend had a major theme – Jack turned 10! I always have some sort of balloons outside the boys’ doors on their birthday mornings. This year, I put 10 big balloons outside Jack’s door.

He had a baseball tournament and Jack was excited. They lost their first game, but won the next two! They got to play in the championship on Sunday afternoon. They didn’t win but they played well and got better each game.

Luke had two soccer games this weekend and he played really well. His team lost one and tied one as they kicked off their outdoor spring season.

Jack wanted to play 18 holes of golf with his dad and two grandparents, but they didn’t have time since his team made it to the championship. We had both sets of grandparents over to celebrate on Sunday evening.

We had a pretty great weekend and are looking forward to this week. It will be a little slower than last week (thank goodness!) and we are ready for that. Have a great week full of sunshine and books!
